My name is Angie Nguyen and I’m reaching out to let you know that we would love to have Boomi Coffee at Firefly Music Festival in 2021! We’re excited to have you be part of an amazing weekend in The Woodlands!
At Firefly, we have three different vendor locations – Bazaar Marketplace, North Hub Camping, and South Hub Camping.
Our Bazaar Marketplace is inspired by traditional Turkish Markets – all booths are covered with one large red stretch tent, and each booth is provided with wood slat walls to separate one booth from the other. The idea is to have Firefly attendees feel like they are transformed into a new world when they enter this tent for an amazing shopping experience. We debuted this area in 2019 and fans absolutely loved it.
The Bazaar Marketplace is located within the festival in the main stage field.
Our North Camping Hub is home to our “North Hub Beach Club”, which includes a water slide, DJ sets, and a roller skating rink! North Campers will arrive on Wednesday morning, and our North Hub Beach Club will be the only area of the festival open & playing music on Wednesday night. There will also be a silent disco in the North Hub each night after the festival. The North Hub is also where attendees staying in our North Campground will go for showers, food, ice, and all other amenities.
Our South Camping Hub is located just below our South Entrance Gates, and is the first stop for all commuters, fans staying in hotels, as well as VIP and RV campers before they enter the festival. It is also where attendees staying in our South Campgrounds will go for showers, food, ice, and all other amenities.

2021 Bazaar Marketplace Booth Pricing
10′ × 10′ = $3,000
10′ × 20′ = $5,000
You will receive 4 working passes total for employees.
You will receive 2 vendor camping spots (these passes are also used for vehicle access to your booth for load in. We will send more info regarding this in our vendor load-in packet, one month before the festival.)
Load in will be on Tuesday 9/21/21 and Wednesday 9/22/21.
Festival dates and hours are below. Your booth is expected to be open for all hours of the festival.

2021 North Camping Hub Booth Pricing

The Camping Hubs will be open 24 hours a day and you may stay open as many hours as you wish, but the hours listed above are the minimum amount required. We would encourage you to also be open after the festival closes each night (12am Thursday, 2am Friday, 2am Saturday, 12am Sunday) because there will be an influx of fans in the hubs, but it is not required.
Any hours that you are not open, you are responsible for locking up your booth and securing your items. Firefly is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your time on-site.
2021 South Camping Hub Booth Pricing

10′ × 20′ = $2,500

All vendors will need to hold a certificate of insurance, details are listed below:
7. INSURANCE. Without in any way limiting or altering the indemnification requirements of Exhibitor under or pursuant to this Agreement, Exhibitor shall, at its sole expense, procure and at all times maintain during the term of this Agreement all of the following insurance: (a) Commercial general liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per each occurrence, and $2,000,000 in the aggregate, and (b) to the extent applicable, workers’ compensation insurance with statutory benefits as required by any state or federal law. The insurance required hereunder shall be considered primary to and non-contributory with all insurance carried by Producer, its agents, employees, and the parties for which it is operating. Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement and at such other times as reasonably requested by Producer, Exhibitor shall deliver to Producer certificates of insurance confirming the existence of the insurance required by this Agreement and which shall endorse Firefly Music Festival, LLC, AEG Presents, LLC, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., Dover International Speedway, Inc. and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, representatives, employees, subcontractors and any other party reasonably designated by Producer as additional insureds. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting in any way the extent to which Exhibitor may be held responsible for payment of damages or other sums to persons or property resulting from Exhibitor’s or Exhibitor’s Representatives’ performance or failure to perform under this Agreement or resulting from any other acts or failure to act on the part of Exhibitor.
